American Medical Journal (Science Publications, New York, USA) is dedicating a special issue for HIV SCIENCE 2009 for publication of accepted articles presented at the symposium as full length papers for more citation and worldwide readership.

Abstracts related to HIV/AIDS, STDs, TB and viral hepatitis are invited. The results of the abstract should not have been submitted or presented in any other symposia/conferences. Accepted abstracts can be presented as posters on the day of symposium. The abstracts can be submitted either via this symposium website or email. All correspondence regarding the status of the abstract will be sent only to the presenting author.

Option 1: Email submission
Abstracts prepared as per the abstract guidelines can be attached and emailed to HIVsymposium@yrgcare.org with “Abstract Submission” in the subject line.
Option 2: Online Submission
To submit an abstract click on the “Submit Abstract On-Line” button at the bottom of the page and follow the step-by-step directions, which will enable you to provide the presenting author contact information, answer a few questions, and then upload the file containing your abstract. To ensure your abstract retains any special characters or formatting, the abstract must be in MICROSOFT WORD format.
Notifications of acceptance of abstracts for poster presentation will be sent out on 16th August, 2009.
