Registration

Registration to the symposium is done on a first-come, first-served basis from 31st August, 2011 onwards. Spot registration is not available.

International Delegates:

All international delegates are requested to contact symposium secretariat (eMail: HIVSymposium@yrgcare.org) for the registration procedures.

The registration fee includes the following: 1) all the scientific sessions, 2) registration kit, 3) e-version of the handout materials , 4) breakfast and lunch on all the 3 days, 5) refreshments in break time.

Registration Procedure:

	Complete online registration form and send the payment as demand draft (DD) drawn in favour of YRG CARE, payable at Chennai via post or courier.			Download the registration form and send the filled-in form by post/courier along with the payment in the form of demand draft (DD) in favour of YRG CARE, payable at Chennai.
