Registration to the symposium is done on a first-come, first-served basis from 30th June 2010 onwards. Registration will close on August 20, 2010, or when the registration limit of 400 is reached, whichever occurs sooner. Spot registration is not available.

You may pay by cash or send a demand draft (DD) drawn in favour of YRG CARE, payable at Chennai against the specified registration category.
For registration, the fee along with filled registration form should reach the symposium secretariat in person or through courier.
