Registration

Registration to the symposium is done on a first-come, first-served basis from 30th June 2009 onwards. Registration will close on August 14, 2009, or when the registration limit of 400 is reached, whichever occurs sooner. Spot registration, subject to availability.

MODE OF PAYMENT

You may provide a demand draft (DD) drawn in favour of Y.R. Gaitonde Medical Educational and Research Foundation, payable at Chennai against the specified registration category.

2. Letter from Organization     supporting your application     to participate in HIV SCIENCE     2009, signed by Supervisor     in official letter head.

International Student delegates

30 USD

1. Scanned copy of Passport     

2. Scanned copy of student ID     card   

3. Letter of Recommendation     from Supervisor and Head of     Institution in Institution     Letter head.

* Required for successful registration. Registration will be confirmed only on receipt of all the mandatory requirements.
