The project works towards increasing the demand for and distribution of COVID-19 vaccinations, particularly for vulnerable and marginalized populations. The project is supporting the Govt. of India's nationwide COVID-19 vaccine deployment efforts in the following areas: vaccine planning and prioritization for equitable delivery; supply chains and logistics; service delivery and use, including delivery modalities; health workforce expansion and capacity building; community engagement, demand generation and risk communication; and surveillance, vaccine safety, monitoring, and evaluation.
